Ingredients
2 can of chunk tuna drained of water
1 can of chick peas
½ cup of diced red bell pepper
¼ cup diced red onion
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Mix all the ingredients and keep them in the refrigerator for twenty minutes, you can further add other vegetables and cream.
Humus Wrap
Ingredients
1 multigrain bread or tortilla
¼ cup cheese
¼ cup sliced onion
¼ cup diced cucumber
Lettuce
4 tbsp roasted garlic humus

2 slices of lean beef or chicken
½ cup of canned black beans
Onion powder
